Which data do we collect?

Transformx d.o.o. (the company) collects the following personal data for business purposes: name and surname, e-mail address, IP address of the device from which you log in, and other data that users enter into the forms on the website www.transformx.si. The company is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user.

Method and purpose of processing personal data

By using the website www.transformx.si the user agrees with the currently valid general terms and conditions published on this website. On this site the user can regularly follow any changes to the general terms and consequently the method and purpose of processing collected personal data.

Transformx d.o.o., as the controller of personal data, will use them exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending informational material, offers, invoices, everything related to the order) and other communication connected with and necessary for the order.

The controller will also use personal data for the purposes of direct marketing and studying purchasing habits based on data about purchased products and consequently targeted marketing. The user may at any time request in writing that the controller permanently or temporarily stops using personal data and data about shopping for the above-mentioned purposes.

Subscription to e-news

Users can subscribe to e-news, with which Transformx d.o.o. notifies them until cancellation about news in the offer online and at other sales locations, about marketing activities and other promotions up to 1 time every 14 days. By subscribing to e-news, the user is entered into the list of e-news recipients. For subscription to e-news Transformx d.o.o. collects the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, IP.

After the form with the e-mail address is sent, the user receives a confirmation message to the provided e-mail address – by confirming this, they are subscribed to e-news of Transformx d.o.o. until cancellation. The user may at any time unsubscribe in writing by sending an e-mail to info@transformx.si, or by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE button in the sent e-mail message and requesting that the controller of personal data permanently or temporarily stops using their personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. The request will be granted within 15 days from the day of receipt of the request, as prescribed by law. The user may also request the transfer of data or access to them. The controller Transformx d.o.o. undertakes to protect the data carefully in accordance with the legislation governing the protection of personal data.

User rights

The user may at any time request access to personal data processed by the controller, request their restriction, erasure, correction or transfer, object to processing, and file a complaint with the Information Commissioner. For the exercise of your rights in the field of personal data protection in Transformx d.o.o., a data protection officer is appointed, whom you can contact at any time regarding all questions related to the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights based on the applicable regulations governing personal data protection. How we ensure data security

Data that the user provides through forms on the pages transformx.si or otherwise (via e-mail, telephone, etc.) is confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation. (employees, contractual partners) with whom appropriate contracts on the protection and processing of personal data are concluded.
